Job Summary
Educate customers on vehicle repair processes, insurance procedures, and safety while completing initial and final estimates after damage evaluation. Manage each repair by performing in-process quality control, pulling data procedures with body technicians, and conducting post-scanning. Keep clients fully informed of vehicle status and ensure carrier-specific requirements are met during pre-closing and disbursement. Handle exceptions in the file to maintain quality standards across all 650+ locations.
