Job Summary
Educate customers on the collision repair process, insurance procedures, and customer rights while evaluating and writing estimates. Produce initial estimates, then complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates. Manage each repair through completion, ensuring Crash Champions' quality standards via in-process QC. Keep customers informed about vehicle status and provide an excellent experience. Review data procedures for/with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning steps for each vehicle. Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, address exceptions, and ensure carrier-specific requirements are met. Proficiency with estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex) is advantageous.
