Job Summary
Educate customers on vehicle repair processes, insurance procedures, rights, techniques, safety, and value. Complete initial estimates, write full estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates. Manage each repair throughout the process, ensuring quality standards via in-process QC. Keep customers fully informed and updated on vehicle status. Pull and review all data procedures with Body Technicians, complete post-scanning for each vehicle, and pre-close final repair orders while handling disbursement paperwork and addressing file exceptions. Requires knowledge of multiple estimating systems, CCC One preferred, and Mitchell & Audatex. Posted min pay rate is $65,000/year; max is $148,180/year.
