Job Summary
Educate customers on vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, rights, and safety while completing initial estimates and finalizing write-ups after full disassembly. Manage each repair through in-process quality control, pull and review data procedures with Body Technicians, and perform post-scanning. Keep clients fully informed of their vehicle status and pre-close final repair orders by handling disbursement paperwork and addressing file exceptions. Ensure all carrier-specific requirements are met. Posted minimum pay rate is $65,000/Yr with a maximum of $150,970/Yr inclusive of monthly sales incentives.
