Job Summary
Educate customers on vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, rights, techniques, safety, and value. Complete initial estimates, write full estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates. Manage each repair throughout the process, performing in-process quality control to ensure standards. Keep customers fully informed on vehicle status and provide the best possible experience. Pull and review data procedures with Body Technicians, complete post-scanning for each vehicle, and pre-close final repair orders while handling disbursement paperwork, addressing exceptions, and ensuring carrier requirements are met.
