Job Summary
Educate customers on vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, and safety while completing initial and final estimates after damage evaluation. Manage each repair through in-process quality control, pull data procedures with Body Technicians, and perform post-scanning. Pre-close final repair orders, handle disbursement paperwork, and address exceptions to ensure carrier-specific requirements are met. Keep every customer fully informed and updated on their vehicle status throughout the process. Posted min pay rate is $65,000.00/Yr. Max pay rate is $139,190.00/Yr.
