Job Summary
Educate customers on vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, rights, and safety while completing initial and final estimates after full disassembly. Manage each repair throughout the process by performing in-process quality control and ensuring carrier-specific requirements are met. Pull and review data procedures with Body Technicians, complete post-scanning, and pre-close final repair orders while handling disbursement paperwork and addressing file exceptions. Keep every customer fully informed and updated on their vehicle's status to provide the best possible experience.
