Job Summary
Educate customers on vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, and repair process; deliver and lock final repair estimates after disassembly and evaluation; manage repairs to Crash Champions standards with in-process QC; keep customers informed of status; collaborate with Body Technicians and perform post-scanning data checks; pre-close repair orders and handle disbursement paperwork while addressing exceptions and carrier requirements; leverage estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex) and apply strong customer service, organization, and time-management skills in a fast-paced collision-repair environment.

- Knowledge of dealing with Insurance partners preferred
