Job Summary
Educate customers on vehicle repair processes, insurance procedures, and safety while completing initial and full-disassembly estimates. Manage each repair by performing in-process quality control, pulling data procedures with Body Technicians, and conducting post-scanning. Keep clients fully informed of vehicle status and ensure final repair orders are pre-closed with complete disbursement paperwork and carrier requirements met. Requires knowledge of multiple estimating systems like CCC One or Mitchell & Audatex and strong organization for a fast-paced environment. Compensation ranges from $65,065 to $155,000 annually, including sales incentives.
