Job Summary
Educate customers on vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, rights, and safety while completing initial estimates, full disassembly evaluations, and final estimate locks. Manage each repair through in-process quality control, pull and review data procedures with Body Technicians, and perform post-scanning. Keep clients fully informed on vehicle status and pre-close final repair orders by handling disbursement paperwork and addressing exceptions to ensure carrier requirements are met. Requires knowledge of multiple estimating systems (CCC One preferred, Mitchell & Audatex), strong organization, and ability to adapt to fast-paced environments. Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $140,895 annually, inclusive of monthly sales incentives.
