Job Summary
Educate customers on vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, rights, techniques, safety, and value. Complete initial estimates, write full estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates. Manage each repair throughout the process, ensuring quality standards via in-process QC. Keep customers fully informed on vehicle status and provide the best possible experience. Pull and review all data procedures with Body Technicians, complete post-scanning for each vehicle, and pre-close final repair orders. Handle disbursement paperwork, address file exceptions, and ensure carrier-specific requirements are met. This role supports Crash Champions' vision of People First across 650+ locations.
