Job Summary
Educate customers on vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, rights, and safety while completing initial estimates and final write-ups after full disassembly. Manage each repair throughout the process, performing in-process quality control and pulling data procedures with Body Technicians. Keep customers fully informed on vehicle status and pre-close final repair orders by handling disbursement paperwork and addressing file exceptions. Ensure all carrier-specific requirements are met to maintain Crash Champions' quality standards across 650 locations. Posted pay ranges from $65,000 to $145,700 annually, inclusive of monthly sales incentive bonuses.
