Job Summary
Educate customers on vehicle repair processes, insurance procedures, and safety while completing initial and final estimates after damage evaluation. Manage each repair by performing in-process quality control, pulling data procedures with Body Technicians, and conducting post-scanning. Keep clients fully informed throughout the repair status and pre-close final repair orders while handling disbursement paperwork and addressing file exceptions. Ensure all carrier-specific requirements are met to maintain Crash Champions' quality standards across its 650+ locations.
