Job Summary
Estimate and manage collision repair jobs from intake to finalization. Educate customers on the process of vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value. Complete initial estimates, write final estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates. Oversee repairs to ensure Crash Champions quality standards through in-process QC. Keep customers informed on vehicle status and provide an excellent customer experience. Collaborate with Body Technicians, review data procedures, perform post-scanning steps, and pre-close the final repair order, handling disbursement paperwork and carrier-specific requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Customer Service Skills
- Organization and multi-tasking
- Knowledge of dealing with Insurance partners preferred
- Knowledge of multiple estimating systems, CCC One preferred, Mitchell & Audatex
