Job Summary
Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from drop-off through vehicle delivery. Prepares estimates for the customer and insurance partners according to manufacturer and company guidelines while partnering with insurers to manage claims. Maintains communication with customers providing updates on the repair process and coordinates with technicians to confirm all damage aspects. Performs quality inspections prior to vehicle delivery and maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards. Requires a valid driver's license, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with CCC1 estimating systems.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid Driver's License Required
- Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person
- Successful completion of background check required
Desired Qualifications
- Prior collision estimating experience preferred
- Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred
- I-CAR / ASE certification preferred
