Job Summary
Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from drop-off through vehicle delivery. Prepares estimates for customers and insurance partners according to manufacturer and company guidelines while partnering with insurers to manage claims. Maintains communication with customers providing repair updates, coordinates with technicians to confirm damage identification, and performs quality inspections prior to delivery. Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid Driver's License Required
- Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person
- Successful completion of background check required
Desired Qualifications
- Prior collision estimating experience preferred
- Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred
- I-CAR / ASE certification preferred
