Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process from drop-off to vehicle delivery. Prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners according to manufacturer and company guidelines while partnering with insurers to manage claims. Coordinate with technicians to confirm damage identification, maintain communication with clients providing repair updates, and perform quality inspections prior to delivery. Maintain customer satisfaction scores according to company standards. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid Driver's License Required
- Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person
- Successful completion of background check required
Desired Qualifications
- Prior collision estimating experience preferred
- Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred
- I-CAR / ASE certification preferred
- Strong organizational skills
