Job Summary

Write estimates, conduct process reviews, check in customer vehicles, and complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery. Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair plan communication, including all vehicle status updates to customers while complying with Caliber safety rules and company standards. This role requires a valid driver's license, Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License, and CCC1 estimating software experience. Candidates must possess 2+ years of collision estimating experience and the ability to perform consistent physical activity, including lifting objects over 50 lbs. Schedule includes weekly pay and immediate eligibility for medical, dental, and vision benefits. Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of collision estimating experience
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
  • Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License
  • Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
  • Must have prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software
  • Advance understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
