Collision Estimator

Write estimates, conduct process reviews, check in customer vehicles, and complete final customer paperwork including DRP and final invoices prior to delivery. Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair plan communication with all vehicle status updates while complying with Caliber safety rules and company standards. This role requires consistent physical activity including kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs. Candidates must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License, 2+ years of collision estimating experience, and proficiency with CCC1 or similar estimating software. The position offers up to $60,000-$75,000 plus commission, paid weekly, with immediate eligibility for medical, dental, and vision benefits.
