Job Summary
Write estimates, conduct process reviews, check in customer vehicles, and complete final customer paperwork including DRP and final invoices prior to delivery. Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair plan communication with all vehicle status updates to customers while complying with Caliber safety rules and company standards. Requires 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver's license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License. Must possess the ability to perform consistent physical activity including lifting objects over 50 lbs and working in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of collision estimating experience
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
- Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
- Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
- Must have prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software
- Advance understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures
- Strong sales orientation
- Ability to understand instructions – written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
