Job Summary
Collision Estimator at Caliber Collision in Cincinnati, OH: Write estimates, conduct process reviews, check in customer vehicles, complete final paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice), finalize total loss administration, and communicate post-repair plans including vehicle status updates to customers while adhering to safety rules and company standards. Requires 2+ years of collision estimating experience, CCC1 or similar estimating software, valid driver’s license, Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License, and a strong sales orientation. The role is based in Cincinnati with on-site responsibilities and equity in providing an exceptional customer experience within a large, nationwide auto collision network.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of collision estimating experience
- sales experience preferred
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be eligible for coverage under company insurance policy
- Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License
- Ability to use CCC1 or similar estimating software
- Strong sales orientation
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
- Can prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
