Job Summary
Collision Estimator at Caliber Collision Service Center in Madison, WI. Responsibilities include writing repair estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, completing final customer paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice), finalizing total loss administration, and providing post-repair status updates to customers while adhering to Caliber safety rules and standards. Must have 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License; experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software and a strong sales orientation to communicate effectively with customers throughout the repair process.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of collision estimating experience
- Sales experience preferred
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License
- Ability to use CCC1 or similar estimating software
- Understanding of repair processes/procedures
- Strong sales orientation
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Able to understand written and verbal instructions
