Job Summary
Collision Estimator at Caliber Collision.Service Center Waco on Bagby Ave. Write estimates, conduct process reviews, check in customer vehicles, complete final customer paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice), finalize total loss administration, and provide post-repair plan communications including vehicle status updates, while upholding safety rules and company standards. Requires 2+ years of collision estimating experience, valid driver's license, and Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License; must have CCC1 or similar estimating software experience, strong understanding of repair processes, and a sales-oriented mindset. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of collision estimating experience
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid driver’s license and eligible for company insurance
- Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License
- Experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software
- Ability to understand repair processes and procedures
- Strong sales orientation
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
