Job Summary
Collision Estimator at Caliber Collision conducts vehicle damage estimates, process reviews, and customer communications. Responsibilities include checking in customer vehicles, completing final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice), finalizing total loss administration, and providing post-repair plan updates to customers while complying with safety rules and company standards. Requires 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License, CCC1 or similar estimating software experience, and the ability to perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs) in a fast-paced environment; a sales orientation and strong ability to understand written and verbal instructions are emphasized. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of collision estimating experience
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License
- Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software
- Strong sales orientation
- Ability to understand instructions – written and verbal
- Be able to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
