Job Summary
Collision Estimator needed to write estimates, conduct process reviews, check in customer vehicles, finalize total loss administration, and communicate post-repair plans including vehicle status updates, while complying with Caliber safety rules and company standards. Key duties include preparing estimates, managing DRP and final invoices, and supporting repair workflows. Requires 2+ years of collision estimating experience (sales experience preferred), a valid driver's license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License; experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software and a solid understanding of repair procedures; strong sales orientation and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of collision estimating experience
- sales experience preferred
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License
- Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software
- Advanced understanding of repair processes/procedures
- Strong sales orientation
- Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
