Job Summary
Collision Estimator at Caliber Collision to write estimates, conduct process reviews, check in customer vehicles, complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice), finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair status updates to customers while complying with safety rules and company standards. Requires 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver’s license and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License, with experience in CCC1 or similar estimating software. Role emphasizes sales orientation and customer communication throughout the repair process.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of collision estimating experience
- Sales experience preferred
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
- Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License
- Ability to perform physical activity including reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, lifting over 50 lbs
- Experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software
- Strong sales orientation
- Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
