Job Summary
Perform collision estimating duties including writing estimates, reviewing processes, inspecting customer vehicles, preparing final paperwork and invoices, administering total loss, and communicating repair plans and vehicle status to customers. Leverage CCC1 or similar estimating software, apply knowledge of repair procedures, and maintain strong sales orientation to support customers and drive efficient repair workflows. Must have 2+ years of estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License; ability to lift objects over 50 lbs and perform physical tasks; be able to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of collision estimating experience
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- valid driver’s license
- eligible for coverage under company insurance policy
- Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License
- Experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software
- Strong sales orientation
- Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
- Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environment
