Job Summary
Collision Estimator needed to write estimates, review repair processes, check in customer vehicles, finalize invoices prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice), and communicate total loss and repair plans with customers while adhering to Caliber safety rules and company standards. Role requires 2+ years of collision estimating experience, CCC1 or similar estimating software, a valid driver’s license and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License, and a strong sales orientation. Candidate should understand the repair process, be capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment, and be able to provide clear status updates to customers throughout the repair lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of collision estimating experience
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must possess Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License
- Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software
- Strong sales orientation
- Ability to understand instructions (written and verbal)
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of repair processes/procedures
- Experience in finalizing DRP, final invoices, and post-repair communication

- Must be able to lift objects and perform physical activity as described in job duties
