Job Summary
Collision Estimator to write estimates, conduct process reviews, check in customer vehicles, complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice), finalize total loss administration, and provide post-repair plan communication including all vehicle status updates to customers while complying with Caliber safety rules and company standards.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of collision estimating experience
- Sales experience preferred
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License
- Ability to perform physical activity (reach, kneel, bend, lift over 50 lbs)
- Experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software
- Understanding of repair processes/procedures
- Strong sales orientation
- Ability to understand and follow written/verbal instructions
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
