Job Summary
Collision Estimator at Caliber Collision in Bordentown, NJ. Responsible for writing vehicle damage estimates, performing process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, completing final customer paperwork (DRP, final invoices), finalizing total loss administration, and communicating post-repair plans and vehicle status to customers while adhering to safety rules and company standards. The role requires experience with estimating software (preferably CCC1), a strong understanding of repair processes, and a sales-oriented approach to customer service. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of collision estimating experience
- sales experience preferred
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
- Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License
- Ability to do consistent physical activity including kneeling, bending, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
- Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software
- Strong understanding of the repair process/procedures
- Be able to understand written and verbal instructions
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
