Job Summary
Write estimates, conduct process reviews, check in customer vehicles, and complete final customer paperwork prior to delivery including DRP and final invoices. Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair plan communication with all vehicle status updates to customers while complying with safety rules and company standards. Requires a valid driver's license, Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License, and CCC1 estimating software experience. Must be 21+ years old and eligible for U.S. work authorization.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of collision estimating experience
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
- Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License
- Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
- Must have prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software
- Advance understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures
- Sales orientation
- Ability to understand instructions – written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
