Job Summary
Create accurate vehicle estimates by assessing damage, documenting necessary repairs and parts, and coordinating repair needs with insurance companies. Communicate timely updates to customers and appropriate team members while ensuring full compliance with insurance client requirements, WOW Operating Ways, and all repair facility KPIs. Document every customer interaction efficiently and participate in daily production walks and monthly safety meetings as required. Maintain a valid driver's license and complete I-CAR training. Requires a Michigan Mechanics License, high school diploma, and at least one year of experience. Salary ranges from $50,000 to $100,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-year experience
- Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training
- Valid Driver's License
- Must have Michigan Mechanics License
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic Computer Skills
- Compliance for DRP's
- Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
- Awareness of where to look for answers
- Understanding of all required Insurance programs and procedures
