Job Summary
Collision Estimator responsible for accurately assessing vehicle damage, creating damage appraisals, and coordinating repairs while guiding customers and insurance companies through the repair process. Responsibilities include documenting customer interactions, ensuring compliance with insurance programs and DRP requirements, participating in production walks and safety meetings, and supporting team members to meet facility KPIs. Must demonstrate knowledge of CCC1 Estimating System and OE guidelines, provide timely information to customers, and maintain effective communication throughout the repair process.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of CCC1 Estimating System
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-year experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Willing to complete I-CAR Training
