Job Summary
Experienced Collision Estimator needed for a high-volume auto body shop in Poway, CA. The role emphasizes estimating repair work for insured vehicles and coordinating with major carriers (USAA, State Farm, Farmers, Allstate, Geico, Esurance, and others) to drive timely completion and customer satisfaction. Compensation includes base pay up to $6,500 per month plus commission (whichever is greater on all complete jobs in a month); workweek is Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM. Benefits include medical insurance, sick days, and a 401(k). This position is not entry level and requires relevant experience in the collision/repair field.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as an estimator in collision/repair industry
- Experience handling insurance accounts (e.g., USAA, State Farm, Farmers, Allstate, Geico, Esurance)
- Ability to work Monday-Friday 7:30 to 5:30
- Not entry level; must have relevant experience
