Job Summary
Collision CSR at The Boyd Group’s repair facility delivers exceptional customer service, manages relationships with customers and insurance companies, and provides administrative support to the Repair Facility Team. Responsible for executing the WOW plan, scheduling vehicle repairs using CCC One and scripting, retrieving insurance authorizations for repairs, assembling RO work packets with QC checklists and parts lists, recording communications with customers and insurers in CCC One, updating rental information in CCC One and ARMS, and ensuring rental status is tracked. Requires multitasking in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and excellent communication with customers and insurance partners. Education: High School Diploma or GED; requires valid driver’s license. Compensation: $15-$22 per hour, plus potential bonuses; full-time, benefits described in posting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum: 1 year experience in a similar role such as administration assistant
- Preferred: 1 year in an auto body or similar work environment including previous customer service experience
- Valid driver’s license
