Collision Concierge - AutoNation Miami

Collision Concierge responsibilities include greeting customers and discussing repair options on the service drive or in the sales department, documenting customer repair needs and estimated costs, seeking customer approval for repairs, updating customers and internal associates on repair status, coordinating with the collision center, understanding basic parameters of collision repair and insurance programs (DRP and non-DRP), participating in daily planning and release meetings, processing transactions while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, following up to ensure customer expectations are met, building rapport to generate referrals, gaining product knowledge to assist customers, and ensuring administrative tasks are completed timely to support a superior customer experience and loyalty.
