Collision Center Receptionist

Greet and direct customers upon arrival, answer and route phone calls efficiently, and handle customer check-ins and check-outs while ensuring all necessary documentation is completed. Collect payments, reconcile the cash box, and process vendor invoices accurately. Maintain and organize the shop schedule, make follow-up calls for appointments, and scan and file all paperwork. This role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in handling financial transactions. Located at Longview Chevy/Subaru, the position offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k), with a starting pay of $17.13 an hour.
