Job Summary
Inspect heavy duty trucks for damages using visual inspection and mechanical testing. Evaluate repair necessity and cost, creating accurate estimates detailing repair and labor costs. Engage with customers about damages, repair processes, and timelines. Maintain communication throughout the repair process and manage multiple repairs simultaneously. Implement quality checks by inspecting repaired vehicles, ensuring standards are met, and complete final paperwork and payments with customers while providing exceptional customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in estimating repairs for heavy duty trucks
- Strong communication skills
