Job Summary
Experienced Mechanical Technician in a collision center responsible for diagnosing and repairing challenging vehicle problems, using computerized systems, and performing ADAS calibrations to restore driver-assistance and safety systems to manufacturer specifications. Must communicate with the Collision Center Manager to inform customers of additional service needs and help maintain a high-quality, well-kept shop environment. Role emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and adherence to shop standards in a large, family-operated dealer group.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent, automotive training highly preferred
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- High productivity while maintaining high quality work
- Ability to work well with co-workers
- Strong detail orientation
- Ability to understand manufacturer’s specifications
- Must be able to perform all job functions that require bending, standing, lifting, and reaching; available to work extended hours and weekends as necessary
