Job Summary
Inspect damaged vehicles and assess repairs; prepare accurate estimates using CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex; communicate with customers to explain repair processes, timelines, and costs; work with insurance adjusters to negotiate final estimates; monitor repair progress and update estimates as needed; ensure repairs meet safety standards and manufacturer guidelines; maintain thorough documentation of estimates and communications; coordinate with technicians and parts departments to ensure efficient workflow; deliver excellent customer service throughout the repair process.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and clean Driver's record for the past two years
- Pre-employment background check and drug screening required
- Previous experience as an auto body estimator or in collision repair (preferred)
