Job Summary
Prepare collision repair estimates in accordance with insurance partners and company guidelines. Participate in developing proper repair plans for each vehicle while maintaining and executing a timely repair schedule. Communicate supplements to customers and insurance companies on the same business day as written. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and partners throughout the entire repair process, coordinating communications internally and externally. Consult with management regarding new industry procedures and equipment. This role supports Banks Collision Center's commitment to world-class customer service in Concord, NH.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent customer service
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Team player
- Ability to learn new technology and research OEM repair procedures
Desired Qualifications
- Prior Collision or Insurance company estimating experience preferred
- CCC1 estimating experienced preferred
