Collision Center Detailer/Polisher

Job Summary
Conduct thorough cleaning of vehicle interiors and exteriors, applying waxes, polishes, or protective agents to preserve appearance. Finish sand and buff newly refinished vehicles to achieve a better-than-factory finish, while operating cleaning equipment and using detergents to maintain standards. Inspect parts, equipment, or vehicles for cleanliness and damage, and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies by informing management of any shortages. Work side by side with experienced professionals in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 50 pounds as needed. This role offers hands-on experience in the collision repair industry with paid apprenticeship training after trade school completion.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in polishing will be given preference
