Job Summary
Attend daily trade walks and schedule all internal collision work while directing and dispatching technicians and detailers. Create and maintain schedules for collision technicians and other associates, then monitor daily productivity reports and corresponding payroll records. Facilitate writing and booking used car ROs, ordering parts, and billing out parts for used vehicles. Track sublet progress, post them to appropriate ROs, and maintain service and detail timelines within three to five days. Ensure vendor repairs are approved and consistent with negotiated pricing, while forecasting and meeting department goals. Hire, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of collision department staff, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Conduct periodic spot checks of completed jobs for quality, maintain clean work areas, and manage special tool inventory.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Professional personal appearance
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to meet company's production and quality standards
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license
