Job Summary
Auto Body Technician responsible for meticulous assessment and repair of vehicles to restore pre-accident condition. Responsibilities include disassembling, repairing, realigning chassis, replacing parts and glass, welding and repainting, reading job orders, estimating repair costs, and ensuring workmanship meets KPIs and brand standards. Must use tools such as cutting guns, plasma cutters, jacks, hammers, and pliers; work with a team to deliver quality customer experience; physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform inspections under varied conditions. Emphasis on safety, accuracy, and adherence to WOW plan; position may offer bonus opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer
