Job Summary
Auto Body Technician responsible for meticulous assessment and high-quality repair of collision-damaged vehicles to restore pre-accident condition. Responsibilities include disassembly, repair, realignment of car chassis/frames, replacement of parts and glass, welding and repainting with factory-specified paints, and ensuring work orders are completed within labor time guidelines. Must read job orders, work well with team members, and use tools such as cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers. Drives customer experience and aligns with WOW plan while maintaining KPIs and acting as a Brand Ambassador.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer
