Job Summary
AI-first video studio role within an independent agency. You’ll create AI videos end-to-end from concept through post-production, originate and pitch concepts, translate direction into shot-level execution, and run specialist workflows when needed. Stay current on new AI video tools, organize outputs and iterations for fast handoffs, and collaborate with strategy, brand, and performance teams. Fully remote position focusing on fast, taste-driven craft with strong communication and an ability to work across freelancers and internal teammates.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with AI video creation (end-to-end production)
- Strong filmmaking instincts (story, pacing, composition)
- Ability to translate direction into shot-level execution
- Experience coordinating with freelance specialists (stills/variants, motion, audio)
- Familiarity with modern AI video tools and staying current on model/tool releases
- Clear communicator with ability to run loops: brief → options → selects → iterate
- Organized and reliable under deadlines
- Comfortable finishing in Premiere/Resolve/Final Cut/CapCut
