Job Summary
Design and implement Collibra workflows to support data governance processes for a healthcare client, ensuring alignment with data classification, sensitive data, and PII protection requirements. Drive adoption of data governance standards across the organization by leveraging strong analytical skills and business acumen. Integrate Collibra with enterprise systems using REST APIs and cloud environments such as AWS or Azure, while managing RBAC and least-privilege security principles. This role requires a Secret clearance and is open to candidates with 2+ years in data governance or security. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in data security, data governance, information security or data engineering role
- 1+ years of experience with technical implementation of data catalog platforms
- Experience working with data classification, sensitive data, PII, and data protection requirements
- Experience with REST APIs and enterprise system integrations
- Experience with cloud data environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Knowledge of Collibra concepts including Data Catalogs, Data Governance, Workflows, APIs, and integrations
- Knowledge of RBAC, IAM, authentication, authorization, and least-privilege security principles
- HS diploma or GED
- Secret clearance

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Collibra Data Governance Center, Data Intelligence Platform, or Data Privacy capabilities
- Experience integrating Collibra with platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Purview, Informatica, Alation, ServiceNow, or enterprise IAM solutions
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Java, or Groovy
- Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices
- Experience developing governance automation and security controls at enterprise scale
- Knowledge of data privacy and security frameworks such as GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, or PCI DSS
