Job Summary
Prepare data sets by copying information from internal and external sources into spreadsheets and data platforms. Edit data dashboards to ensure style, language, and accuracy consistency. Organize the shared data drive by renaming files and folders to conform to institutional conventions. This role supports the Office of Institutional Research and Data Analytics at the College of Southern Nevada's West Charleston Campus, providing accurate analysis for student success goals.
Required Qualifications
- Completed this year's FAFSA
- Accepted the Student Employment Award in their Financial Aid Package
- Show a financial aid eligible major (degree or certificate program) declared with the CSN Office of the Registrar
- Meet Financial Aid Satisfactory Progress after each semester/term
- Show degree compliant enrollment for each semester/term for which funding is desired
- Be enrolled in at least 6 credits
- Meet additional eligibility requirements of the Silver State Regents Service Program for summer semester/term employment
- U.S. citizens or aliens authorized to work in the U.S.
