Job Summary
Answer and transfer calls, manage voicemails, and file paperwork for the Student Union main office. Create and monitor social media posts, assist walk-in students, and create or monitor student and staff ID cards. Post and take down flyers, attend student government meetings, and participate in campus-wide committees and events. Assist with leadership program promotions and perform other office-related duties as assigned. Work up to 19.5 hours weekly at $14/hour in the Henderson Campus Student Union.
Required Qualifications
- FAFSA completed
- Student Employment Award accepted
- Degree or certificate program declared with the CSN Office of the Registrar
- Financial Aid Satisfactory Progress
- Degree compliant enrollment
- Enrolled in at least 6 credits
- Meet additional eligibility requirements of the Silver State Regents Service Program
- U.S. citizen or alien authorized to work in the U.S.
