Job Summary
Answer and transfer calls, manage voicemails, and handle data entry and file archiving in the Charleston Campus Student Union office. Assist walk-in students, create and monitor social media posts, and manage campus events, ID card creation, and flyer distribution. Participate in student government meetings and committees to support leadership program promotions. This role provides customer service and student ambassadorship experience within a diverse, multicultural environment.
Required Qualifications
- FAFSA completed
- Student Employment Award accepted
- Financial aid eligible major (degree or certificate program) declared
- Financial Aid Satisfactory Progress
- Degree compliant enrollment
- Enrolled in at least 6 credits
- Meet additional eligibility requirements of the Silver State Regents Service Program
- U.S. citizen or alien authorized to work in the U.S.
